Where it all began
My health journey started when I was diagnosed with diabetes at 22 years old, it was a moment I’ll never forget. Inspired by this, I launched RESPIN through my own health transformation and desire to connect with others through health, wellness, and spirituality. At this moment, the need to rē•think everything we thought we knew is more important now than ever. So today, I am sharing RESPIN with you…and invite you to join our community.

AT RESPIN, we’re embracing what I believe is the biggest "respin" of all— menopause. My own career has been a 30-year journey of redefining success by taking risks and standing up for myself. What I’ve discovered is that when I stand up for myself, I stand up for all women— we are stronger when we do it together as a community.
We're building what I wish I’d had: a resource for women in the midst of menopause, on the cusp of it, or preparing for it. Menopause impacts over half the world’s population, yet many women are met with shame, stigma, and inadequate care. This ends today.
The status quo has failed us for too long, and we deserve so much more: clinical trials, research dollars, breakthrough science, evidence-based care, mindfully created content, and a say in what happens to our bodies and how we feel.
At Respin, we’re not just addressing symptoms—we’re creating a lasting impact. Rooted in community and backed by science, we’re here to help women embrace this natural transition with curiosity, wonder, and excitement.
Together, we’re ensuring that every woman gets the support she deserves to thrive in her second act.

2001
halle:wood
Our journey began with the launch of hallewood: a first-of-its-kind digital platform that connected Halle directly to fans.
2016
HALLE:WOOD Revival
Halle and her best friend Lindsay were inspired to bring hallewood back to life. With their 20+ years of experience, they organically came up with the idea of creating a curated digital fashion magazine.
2017
Fitness Friday
After an enlightened trip to India, Halle evolved hallewood based on a new ideology centered on health, wellness, and spirituality. And with a new leadership team of all women, hallewood launched a weekly fitness series called #FitnessFriday
2018
Respin 1.0
With the quick traction of #FitnessFridays, Halle and her business partner Kendra had a vision for a brand much bigger than hallewood. And thus, rē•spin would launch as an accessible and resourceful destination for conversation, connection, and discovery.
2010
Brand Expansions
The rē•spin journey developed through Halle’s organic connectivity to health, wellness, and spirituality that was further actualized through the brand’s pillars: Connect, Nourish, Strengthen, Awaken, Give, and Eternal.
2020
Content meets Commerce
In the midst of a global pandemic, there was an outcry from Halle’s fans to connect on a deeper level. In April 2020, rē•spin launched as a digital content & commerce platform.
2024
RESPIN TODAY
Our founder partnered with esteemed members of the US Congress to introduce the Advancing Menopause Care and Mid-Life Women’s Health Act, requesting $275 million to fund menopause research and education.
Respin also launched Respin Health, a personalized subscription service offering tailored health plans, expert workshops, and a mobile app, empowering women to navigate menopause with confidence.
